These terms govern use of the AIA Professional Services website. They are a launch-ready foundation and may be refined with legal review before the public cutover.

AIA Professional Services provides notarial and signing services. AIA does not provide legal advice, does not select legal documents, does not interpret legal consequences, and does not prepare legal documents unless separately authorized by law.
AIA cannot guarantee that every requested notarization can be completed. Each appointment must follow applicable notarial requirements, including identification, signer presence, willingness, and the ability to participate in the notarial act.
Website Use
Content on this site is for general information about mobile notary and signing services in Metro Birmingham and surrounding Alabama communities. It is not a substitute for advice from an attorney or other licensed professional who prepared the document.
Appointments
Submitting a request, calling, or emailing does not confirm an appointment. AIA reviews logistics, readiness, and availability before confirming service. Travel or service charges, when applicable, should be communicated before an appointment is confirmed.
Accuracy
AIA aims to keep this site current, but service area, hours, and processes may change. If a statement on the site conflicts with what is confirmed for a specific appointment, the confirmed appointment details control.
